100 F Series Shearbolt
Hydraulic or manual furrow width adjustment
With furrow width adjustable by six inches it is possible to select the right width for the soil type and conditions, maximise work rate and optimise tractor power usage. the 100 Series is available in Shearbolt form with 3, 4 or 5 furrows.
Headstock: Robust headstock with choice of top link and bottom link positions.
Turnover: Hydraulically operated with Auto Changeover valve. Independent adjustment for left or right hand vertically.
Offset: Hydraulically operated parallel sideshift allows easy, on-the-move adjustment of the front furrow width and matching to the tractor wheel widths.
Pivots: Pivots are positioned externally for easy access and have hardened steel bushes and greasers.
Alignment: Hydraulic Adjustment Models: Screwed adjuster for fine trimming of beam angle. Manual Adjustment Models: Turnbuckle adjustment of the beam angle allows simple setting of the plough alignment initially and when altering furrow widths.
Furrow Width: HA Models: Hydraulic on-the-move adjustment of the furrow widths to suit the conditions and maximise work rate. Furrow width is only altered when required, not as a necessary part of the turnover sequence, minimising wear. MA Models: Mechanical DELTA-FURRA adjustment through six inches in one inch steps to optimise efficiency.
Depth Control: Depth wheel with left and right hand adjustment and hydraulic damper for a smooth, shock-free turnover.
Transport: Combined Depth/Transport wheel can be fitted as a cost option. the plough can be transported in the 'butterfly' position.
